Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Child just turned 18 & made to leave home. Mother refused to let him take his BMX bike's, because she says he owes her money. What can he do?

Child is now an adult. Parents no legally obligated to let him live in their home. As to the BMX bike, mother is most likely the legal owner. If son wants the bike, he needs to buy it from its legal owner (mom). When he does thate, he can then have the bike (and mom will then cancel the insurance, so son will then have to get insurnce on his own).
