child turns 18 in oregon with 1 year left of high school are they allowed to leave oregon.

ANSWER:

YES. At age 18, the child is now legally an adult and can choose to live wherever and with whomever the adult offspring so desires. And this is true even if the 18 y/o young adult is still in high school
