Not unless they are married to each other - and then you could get an annulment instead because that would be an illegal marriage and gross also.

Under Kentucky law, a child under the age of 18 could be emancipated, but only with parental permission and only if they could take care of themselves.

A child could theoretically file a petitioner to terminate his or her parents' rights, but it would take a severe situation of abuse or neglect before a judge would entertain such a thing.
