ANSWER:
Yes. Of course, there may be a dispute as to the monetary value of the "service" that you rendered. I suspect that whatever price tag you affix will be claimed by him as overcharging. Indeed, he may very well assert a counterclaim, alleging that you owe him for the sexual services that he provided to you.
Finally, don't forget about the criminal offense of Prostitution, ORS
167.007: A person commits the crime of prostitution if (a) The person engages in or offers or agrees to engage in sexual conduct or sexual contact in return for a fee; or (b) The person pays or offers or agrees to pay a fee to engage in sexual conduct or sexual contact.
PS: When you say he is "overcharging" you on everything, exactly what is it for which he is charging you?
