Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Continuas Question Regarding Child Support Enforcement Letter Aug 18, 2008

Thank you very much for your advice. I have sent a letter as you have suggested(Child Support Enforcement letter Aug 18th 2008). Now I got two letters, one addressed to my husband to pay for child support (though there has not been a court order yet) and to myself to file a bank account for the payment. I wonder why, is this because my daughter is getting state health insurance? I really do not need a child support or anything. I wonder what should I say to the case manager now. Thank you very much.

Well, it looks like what I suggest has not worked. At this point, all I can suggest is that you need some lawyer involvement, as dealing with Child Support Enforcement on your own is not getting you anywhere.

If you wish to proceed, I am available. I would need to review all of the case records and other correspondence you have regarding the child support issue. And then confer with you to map out a resolution to the problem(s). Give me a call next week and we can arrange for an office conference.
