Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

There is a court order for child support till the child turns the age of majority and it will continue till 21 years of age if the child qualifies for child attending school.

The monther of the child had always had a seperate child support account, on a regular basis she made child support deposits coming from her ex husband to that account.

The mother got remarried and decided to keep that separate child support account separate from her new husband. Almost every month she had to use part of child support money on her new husband, his kids and other mutual living needs.

After the child turned 18 the mother were still getting the money from her ex because the child was going to college full time( qualified as child attending school) the money was supposed to be saved in that separate acount for the childs future needs and educational needs, but the mother kept using that money on living expenses and her new husband, i know the child can request child support money from dad to be directly paid to the child. The child is almost 20 years of age now. The child wants the money to be reimbursed to her- from the time she turned 18 till now.The money was supposed to be saved for her future benefits and college education but the mother used all that money for her new husband .
