should CPS be notified?
my 4 year old nephew was bitten by his dog. this is not the first time it has happend and the wound is infected. his parents wont take him to the doctor! should i report them to CPS?

Yes, If child safety is an issue,you must default on the side of protecting the child. Your nephew cannot help himself and if his parents cannot or will not check, CSP will do a wellness check. If all is fine, they may be upset, but if there is a problem your nephew will be safe.
