when a custodial parent tells the noncustodial parent that he doesnt want their children around the noncustodial parents future husband can the visitations stop

NO, the visitations cannot be unilaterlly stopped. The custodial parent would have to obtain a court order that specifically bars the noncustodial parent from having his/her fiance around during visitation. Without a court order, the custodial parent is not barred from having his/her furture spouse participating in the visits. By the way, what will happen when the noncustodial parent MARRIES the fiance? Would thatn mean the custodial parent will be able to terminate ALL visitations? Again, the answer is: not without a court order.
