Custody: Kid taken from home due to lies from joint coustedy parent

I'm a little confused by what has happened here. Was the child taken by DHS or by the other parent? In either case you have the ability to request a hearing on any action taken, but the mechanism is vastly different in each situation. I think you might want to consult with an attorney to get your bearings. Good luck.
