denial of parental court ordered visitation

My step-son's mother has been denying visitation. I need to know what form to file with the court, to challenge this matter.

If you are the step-father, you may have rights to parenting time as a a psychological-parent. If you already have a court ordered visitation schedule, you can file for enforcement. You should contact an attorney.
