Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Division of debt

During my marriage I filed individual Bankruptcy. My wife did not file. A year later we divorced and she discovered an old Dental bill on her credit report. In the divorce papers she sent that debt my way. Our divorce is final and now a collection agency is trying to garnish her wages and saying she is liable for that debt. They say that it being in the divorce as NOT hers means nothing to them. Can they go after her for this?
