Divorce while pregnant

I wish to apply for a divorce. I have two children and I am pregnant. Can I file for a divorce while I am pregnant? I was told by friends that I couldn't.

You can file for a divorce while you are expecting.

Under Oregon law, it is presumed that a child

conceived while you are married is your husband's

child.
