Entitlement to proceeds from sale of house

I am a home owner in Oregon with three children, I have been letting my children and their mother stay in the house rent free as an alternative to paying child support, I purchased the home on my own and have recieved no money towards improvments on up keep on the house, I have not lived in the home with them, and I am now considering selling the house so that I can buy an new one with the woman I am living with now. If I sell the house am I obligated to give any of the money from the sale to my childrens mother, or could she possibly stop me from selling the house???
