Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Want ex-wife to now pay child support

My ex-wife was incarcerated aprx. three years ago. At that time there was no order for child support. She

has been out of jail for about three years and has not

held down a job but for maybe 3 days at a time. I now

would like her to start paying child support. Do I have to hire legal help to do this, or is there a paper (Such as Request for order of support) that I can file myself?

You should contact your local county District Attorney's office and speak to the child support enforcement section.
