My Father Owes Me $14,244.40 In Back Child Support Is It Possible To Sue Him For The Full Amount? He Own's His Own Buisness So Is Only Required To Pay When He Feels Like It, How Do I Expect Payment From Him If I Take Him To Court?

Unless there is something very unusual about your situation, you father would not be owing YOU any child support at all. Under Oregon law, child support (although for the benefit of the child) is owed fron one PARENT to the OTHER PARENT (and NOT to the child).
