Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon
father taking us to court
If me and my husband are not consenting to the bio dad to take a paternity test how hard is it for him to go to court about this and get a court order that says we have to let him do a paternity test?

It all depends on the law of the particular state in which the case arises.
In Oregon, if your and husband are not consenting to the bio dad to take a paternity test, it is very hard for him to go to court and get a court order that says you have to let him do a paternity test. In fact, in that situation, the judge is required to deny his request.
