Can I fight the mothers decision to to put the baby up for adoption?

The mother want's to put the baby up for adoption when it is born. I do not want this to happen.. as the Father do I have the right to keep the baby over her wishes?

Yes.... under Oregon law, if you file with the court a Petition to Establish Paternity, in which you claim to be the child's father and affirmatively admit that you are the child's father and declare your willingness to accept financial responsibility for child support, the same as if you had been married to the child's mother, and then you file with Oregon Vital Records a notice advising Vital Records of the Paternity Establishment lawsuit that you filed with the court, you will then be entitled to be notified of any adoption proceeding involving the child.
