Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

I just found out my husband is a bigamist-I am 100% certain of this. We were married in Nevada and both currently live in Oregon. Due to the bigamy is my marriage concidered void or voidable-am I REQUIRED to formally end relationship through annulment or divorce?

The marriage VOID. A person who is already married is legally incapable and ineligible to marry another spouse. Such a purported marriage is of no legal effect. You need to formally obtain a Judgment of Annulment, which will legal declare the marriage as void. Alternatively, even though void, you can nonetheless achieve the same end via a divorce proceeding. In fact, it would probably by easier to do the the divorce rather than annulment.
