My mother is suiciadal and blackmaled my husband into having an affair with her. Now they are threatening to take me to court for visitation of my kids. Would they be awarded this considering the circumstances?

Re: Grandparental visitation right
Normally grandparents' visitation rights are subject to the wishes of the child's parents. Grandparents' can file suit for custody and visitation, but they must show that the child's mother is unfit. If they do file suit it is important that you speak with an attorney. You may also wish to consult an attorney at this point in order to fully understand your rights.
