ANSWER:

Very difficult. And even if proven, Oregon is a "no-fault" state for divorce purposes. Emotional ditress, illegal restraint, as well as economic abuse, do not produce any result that is different that that which would occur in the absence of those factors.

So if you produce such evidence (and the judge decides to let you offer it), when you are all done the judge will look to you and say: "OK, assuming all of that is true, just exactly what do you want me as a judge to do about it?"
