Can husbands ex-wife film me?

My husbands ex-wife has a contempt of court hearing with my husband, for non-payment of child support. Can she stalk my family, and take pictures of our possesions. We are legally married in the state of Oregon. One more thing, how do we decifer what is his liquid assets for to liquify to pay said debt? 50/50 when we got married i thought.
