invalid temporary protective order of restriant?
if no paternity has been established but a temporary order of restraint has been signed by a judge and served, can the other party be held in contempt for not returning the child?

YOUR QUESTION:

ANSWER:
YES, depending, of couirse, on just what it is that the restraining order restrains the restrained person from doing.
