Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Judgements on deeds

My ex and i divorced last summer, july 07. I signed my deed over to my sons in case i was killed in the future. I was to pay bills in the divorce, i was making payments, my ex went in and paid them off knowing he could get a judgement against me. Now he wants to attatch it to my deed. Is there a law stating that i have to put it back in my name? I live in oregon.
