Leaving home before 18years

My son and his girlfriend have been together for over 2 years - he was 16 1\2 she was 15. She is now pregnant and won't be 18 until May - He just turned 19. They want to get married, but her parents won't allow it. Does she have any say in the matter?

QUESTION:

ANSWER:

Under Oregon law, she cannot marry prior to age 18 without parental consent. So they will just have to wait a few more months, until May, to tie the knot.
