My husband is going to be receiving a settlement, over 1 million dollars we have been maried only a year,ive pretty much supported him the whole year he is disabled and didnt work.. Am i legaly intitled to anything???Live n ore

ANSWER:

Under Oregon law, in the event of a divorce, money received by either party during the marriage is presumed to have been acquired through the equal joint efforts of both parties. This is a disputable presumption and may be "rebuttted" depending on a number of various reasons too numerous to detail here.
