Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

can i legally force my now husband to put me on our saveings account that he promised to do after ten years of marriage..all main income comes from one job and he agreed verbally , do i have a legal recorse now that he is saying no..?

ANSWER:

Given the facts you are presenting, and assuming you and husband are still married to one another, you have NO legal recourse if refuses to put you on the savings account. The courts have enough work dealing with divorce cases and domestic abuse and violence cases; no time to resolve husband-wife arguments are family financial matters.
