Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

I live in Oregon. My 19 year old daughter, who attends college and is a "child attending school" under Oregon statutes and receiving child support from me, wants to have me become her custodial parent instead of her mother. How is that done?

Your daughter is legally an adult and is a "child" only for the purpose of child support. Custody is only relevant for a minor. Mother is no longer "custodial parent" since an adult is free to make her own decisions. Daughter can live wherever she wants, if that is the issue she is trying to address vis a vis "custody" arrangement.
