Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

i live in portland oregon,i have 2 boys that do not want to live or stay with there mother.how old do they need to be before they can decide where to live.they are 10 and 12.

They have to wait until age 18. Until then, the decision as to where and with which parent a child is going to live is a decision to be made by the parents (NOT the child), if they can reach agreement, or by a judge if they cannot.
