Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon
Lying and Hiding
My question is:
My husband and I have been married for 7-years and he has cheated on me 5 years ago, has lied to me about money that has come in to us and cashed without my knowledge at the time and spent in the bar, now he says that his wallet is his, and wont let me see his paychecks and what he has spent. He has never done this one.
Question I would like to know is if I want a divorce what grounds can I use?

Re: Lying and Hiding
Your ground for divorce would be "irreconcilable differences between the parties have caused the irremediable breakdown of the marriage." (Along with adultery, cruel and inhumane treatment, and just being a real jerk for the past five years.) And that should be enough to get the job done.
