Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Marriage in India, divorce from US

I got married in India and live in OR,USA. Wondering if I can file for a divorce from here - my wife is in India and she does not live with me. We've been married for 2 years but lived together only for 3 months. This will be by mutual consent. Would you be able to recommend some good lawyers here in OR if things can be done from here - where can I find the entire procedure. Thx

This will be by mutual consent.
