Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Is my marriage vaild?

I recently got married, I just look at the certified copy that to got from the court house and one of my witnesses used her married name, but she has not changed it legally? Since her name on my marriage certifcate is not real, there is no such person by that name. Is my marriage certificate still valid?

ANSWER: YES. What is critical is not the name of the witness but rather the fact that the witness (regardless of name) was physically present and saw the ceremony as it occurred.
