Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

I have been married for almost 22 years now, and have been a home maker for over 14 yrs and I am considering a divorce. I only have put a small amount towards my social security, when I need it I would only be able to receive about 300.00 a month.

If I was to obtain my husbands S.S benefits I would be able to receive 1650.00 a month.

Would I be able to do that?

And if so how do I go about obtaining that to insure I would receive it?
