Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Can i move away from the possible father of my daughter when i dont have full custody but we dont know if he is really the father but he is on the birth certificate?

If there is no custody judgment you can move wherever you want and it would be on the Father to try to stop you. If there is a custody judgment in place you would be required to provide "reasonable notice" prior to moving more than 60-miles distant from the Father. Good luck.
