Moved out of state ex wife will not divorce what is the limitations

I have moved out of the state of oregon to Pennsylvania. My wife will not divorce me. What are the limitations? what can I do to force a divorce.

If your wife is still a resident of Oregon you can file for divorce. Please contact my office if you have any other questions.

Once you have resided in PA for 6 months you can start a divorce action here. That does not mean she will not contest but it will be more convient for you here than in OR.
