can a lawyer advise a client to be in contempt of court order

NO, a lawyer cannot advise a client to be in contempt of court order, at least not ethically. Indeed, it would the functional equivalent of a lawyer advising a client to commit a crime. This is not something that any ethical and honest lawyer would advise a client to do.
