What papers do I file to take my ex-spouse to court for contempt of court regarding visitation?

Don't be ridiculous. In Oregon, contmept of court regarding visitation is inappropriate and should not be used. Rather, the appropriate remedy is a Motion Seeking Enforcement of Parenting Time Order.
