What should I do if the mother of my kids wont allow me to see, or call my kids and we don't live together?

QUESTION:

What should I do if the mother of my kids wont allow me to see, or call my kids and we don't live together?

ANSWER:

Go to court and get a court order commanding and requiring the mother of your kids to allow you to see or call them.

Alternatively, if the problem is because you and she do live together, consider living together.
