Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Parenting time

If the ordinance states that the

non-custodial parent gets the

children in years ending in an odd

number on the third Friday that

school gets out. What do I do if

school gets out on a Friday for

summer vacation? Do I count that

Friday as one of the three? Or not?

This is for 8.075 Marion county in

Salem, Or. School gets out on the

12th of June and I believe that the

non-custodial parent wouldn't get

the children in tel July 3rd. Is this

correct?

Re: Parenting time

If school gets out on Friday, June 12, the frist Friday AFTER June 12 would be June 19, and the second Friday after June 19 would be June 26, bringing us to the THIRD Friday after June 12, which would be JULY THIRD.
