Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Parenting time

Hi. I need some help on this. My wife and I are divorced and we have 2 boys (14 and 11). She has full custody. As a non custodial parent, I get every other weekend and wednesdays. My weekend is comming and Mothers Day falls on my weekend. The parenting plan states that I get them for Fathers Day and she gets them for Mothers Day but it also states that my weekends take priority. Her lawyer states that she should get them but I tell them about the plan but it doesn't help. My question is, Who gets the boys on Sunday? Does her time prevail or does mine? Thank You.

Re: Parenting time

The children go with mother and Mother's Day and will be with father on Father's Day.

Holidays take precedence over weekends visitation and vacations.

Vacations take precedence over weekend visitations.

Weekend visitations are subordinate to both vacation times and holidays.

(Dad would be a real jerk to not allow kids to be with mom on Mother's Day. And mom would be likewise if she refused to allow kids to be with father on Father's Day. Parents who engage in this course of conduct ought to both be ashamed of themselves. Gross disrespect to their children. The children deserve better parents.)
