Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

I got pregnant the week I left my boyfriend at the time to try to work things out with my now x husband. Not long after I found out I was pregnant. By the end of the pregnancy my now x husband and i worked things out and were back together, while the other guy had moved outta state to beat a drinking problem and get his life together. Now my daughter is three years old, I left my x husband when she was three months old leaving her with him for I had no were to go and she was safer not bouncin around. When the divorce was filed i signed guardianship over to him with both having joint custody. Now the x boyfriend is wanting to push a test to prove he is the father and file for sole custody since my x husband is in iraq and i am not medically stable enough right now to have her full time. Power of attorney was signed from my x husband to his aunt. can she be takin away from both of us?
