Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

It has been proven through a DNA test that I am the father of a boy that lives with his Mother in Nevada. I live in Oregon. He was born in California. I need an "Order of Adjudication" to attach to the other forms to get his name changed to mine and have me listed on his birth certificate as his father. This is being done at his request and there are no issues regarding Child Support. How do I get this Order of Adjudication ?

Who told you that an Order of Adjudication was required? In Oregon, when a father admits paternity, then he signs and files a Voluntary Acknowledgment of Paternity (a statement that says he is the father) with the State Registrar of Vital Statistics. In your case, you should consult Nevada law/lawyer because Nevada is the state that has jurisdiction over the child. Ultimately, you will need to work with the state/county in California where the birth certificate was issued to get it changed.
