Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

My question is about my parenting plan and my birthday which is on a Thursday which is normally her day. It states in under the section of Mothers and fathers birthday- "Each party shall have parenting time with our son on his/her respective birthday after school until school resumes the next morning (if on a school day). If not on a school day, each party shall have parenting time with our son for a 4 hour block of time on his /her birthday. My birthday is next thurs which is normally her day (but it is summer and no school) but under the section in the plan about summer it says.... Summer- Each party shall be entitled to two one-week blocks of smmer parenting time (seven consecutive days separated by at least one week). "Summer" shall be determined by the school schedule in the district where the child resides. "Exclusive" means uninterrrupted by regular parenting time with the other parent, but not exclusive of each parents communication rights. Under additional Parenting Time- Additional parenting time as set forth herein shall replace any regular parenting time. Addition parenting times shall follow the school schedule of the school district where the child attends. So my question is this do i get all day with him on my birthday or just 4 hrs? Is it considered no school because of summer or is the summer schedule follow as if it was the same as school schedule? Thank you

In order to fully analyze your question, an attorney will need to review the entire parenting plan. If there are problems with clarity in this portion of the plan, then there are likely similar problems throughout. It is important to obtain a review of the document and a determination as to whether some revisions need to be made.
