Religious Upbringing of 13 year old child in interfaith marriage

Do I have a right to determine my 13 year old daughter's religious education 50% of the time if I am in an interfaith marriage. If she prefers his religion over mine at age of 13, do I still have a right to educate her in my religion 50% of the time until she is 18?

QUESTION:

ANSWER: Yes. In fact, you have the right to determine your 13 year old daughter's religious education 100% of the time, and so too does your spouse.

Good luck. And my sympathies go out to your daughter.
