Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon
I relocated to Oregon from California, Im wondering do my legal documents for child custody and visitation still stand?

Short answer is yes. Oregon will honor the existing California judgment. If you have physical custody, there are reasons to transfer the case to Oregon but the existing judgment can only be changed by a court.
