Restraining order filed on false grounds

My wife has filed an order of restraint to prevent abuse against me. I

have filed for a hearing to contest the order, and have and will continue

to comply with the terms of the order as it currently stands.

Here are my problems:

1) The allegations she has made to obtain the restraining order are very

serious. They are also false. My understanding is that the burden of

proof in this case is on me, at least in terms of getting the allegations

contained restraining order tossed out, but how do I dispute things

which she alleges to have occurred in private? I do not want this

garbage on my record.

2) My wife made almost the exact same charges against her first

husband when they seperated. Until I was served with this restraining

order, I believed her side of the story, but after receiving this order, I am

not at all sure what to believe. In any case, there is a pattern here on

her part of what I would describe as malicious allegations of abuse.

What can I do to prove this?
