seeking divorce while out of country

seeking very friendly and loving uncontested, no fault, no asset, no debt and no children divorce. i am 33 and my wife is 32. we have been married for 7 years. marriage originated in a different state, but we have been oregon residents since 1997. we are volunteers overseas and are researching how this can be done in oregon and if the waiting period can be waived, costs, etc. please advise.

There you will find all the forms you need for a do-it-yourselves divorce for you and your wife, together with instructions.

You can download the forms, fill them out and file them with the appropriate court.
