Should I sell the house and give 1/2 before the divorce?

My wife has left and wants to sell the house and split the mpney before we get the divorce, should I will this effect my chances of getting custody of my kids?

If the children are living in the house with you it probably isn't a good idea for their well-being to sell the house. Stability is the most important consideration in child custody determinations. You should hire a lawyer to help you make the right decisions. There's a lot at stake and a lawyer experienced in family law will be able to help protect your interests and avoid costly mistakes.
