Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Separated parental rights

I am not divorced yet but my ex and I have a child together. My child lives with my ex but I see her often whenever I want. What is the farthest my ex can move my child away from me without my consent?

Re: Separated parental rights

Given that you and you spouse are still married to one another, you both have joint legal custody (at least until and unless a judge says otherwise).

Your spouse can move your child away from you, or you can move your child away from your spouse, as far as either of you want (at least until and unless a judge says otherwise).
