Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

I have been served with Financial Responsibility papers here in Oregon, sent from the state of Nevada. They (Nevada) are requesting cash and medical support to the tune of $355/mo. for the last 17.5 yrs.....nearly $75,000.00 dollars! Is this possible? I have not taken the DNA test yet, and have about 10 days left to respond to the state. I need some guidance and some questions answered. Thanks.
