Who needs to sign a Subpoena

Simply put does a judge need to sign a SUBPOENA?

after one has had there day on court can then a SUBPOENA (after the fact) be flashed at a place of business to force said business to disclose information?

Simply put does a judge need to sign a SUBPOENA?

ANSWER:

No, not necessarily. Under Oregon law, a subpoena can be signed either by a judge or by a lawyer licensed to practice in Oregon.
